MiM wasn t always the Man in the Moon. He was once a child, fortunate enough to be born during the Golden Age, when all dreams were sweet. Until the day he and his family are attacked by Pitch, King of Nightmares. Bereft of his parents and left stranded on the moon, MiM turns for help to his oldest friend, Nightlight, who would sprinkle him as an infant with Dreamsand and protect him from nightmares.
