She has worked in the Health and Wellness field for over 20 years as a Group Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Presenter. She has a love for the outdoors and for animals; it is this love that has resulted in her helping four-legged friends in need and inspired her to become an author. She resides in Portsmouth, NH.
