With each new sunrise, God gives us all the opportunity to be the best person we can possibly be. He has put us on a journey called life and this journey doesn't come with a road map or a GPS. There will be many trials and tribulations and things you might even look back on one day and say, "I wish I had done it differently." There are many people that have come before you and have traveled down many different paths of life and they have each made their own mistakes and have learned valuable life lessons from them, that they can share with you to make your journey a little easier. These people can be found all around you-your parents, older siblings, friends, teacher, strangers, and even books. Here are a few suggestions to start with: Never go to bed mad at anyone you love, be a what-you-see-is-what-you-get kind of person, never spend money you don't have (credit cards), learn not to procrastinate, be true to yourself and always strive to be better, watch what you say to others, because words flow in only one direction, don't burn any bridges and most of all, live for God and make the right choices. So now as you journey toward your destination, may you take out of this book the knowledge that the most important things in life are God, family, friends, honesty, loyalty, self-discipline, responsibility, integrity and love. Remember what matters and forget what doesn't. Now go out there and have an awesome journey !
